CERTIFICATE OF AIRWORTHINESS is required for all Aircrafts, and is valid for one year.

Certificate of Flight Release – is valid for 12 hour or for 4 days if A/c is going out of the base, and A/c can be flown when it is out of the base, provided a qualified pilot has to certify that the A/c is fit to fly.

A/c log book has 3 sections.

  1. Minor defects / certificate of flight release/flying time.
  2. Colored page for major repair etc.
  3. Combination or Modification of A/c.

If A/c destroys or is phased out of the service, the log book is required to be kept for a period of 2 years.

If the requirements of the Minimum equipment list is not fulfilled A/c can still fly.
